Marshawn Lynch trade talk rumors continue

Rumors of Marshawn Lynch being traded came up yesterday when Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said he'd urge the team to acquire Lynch. Both of them played together at California, and the Packers are in need of a running back after losing Ryan Grant to a season-ending ankle injury. Green Bay only has one other halfback on their roster and that belongs to Brandon Jackson so I definitely have to think the Packers have to be looking around to add some depth. Green Bay definitely has a realistic shot at going to the Super Bowl so it only makes sense to sure up their backfield. What happens if Brandon Jackson goes down to an injury? I would put the odds at around 20% that Lynch ends up in Green Bay but I would have to say the odds are probably higher if Fred Jackson or CJ Spiller show promise this week when they play Green Bay. If Lynch is available and you have room on your bench I would definitely pick him up and hold on to him for a couple weeks. Lynch could become pretty valuable if he is traded to a team such as Green Bay.
